Recognizing Reformation Sunday

Reformation Sunday, observed on the Sunday closest to October 31, is when ELCA congregations give thanks for the Holy Spirit’s work through Martin Luther in the 16th-century Reformation and remember that the church is always being renewed by God’s grace in Christ. We celebrate core Lutheran convictions—grace alone, faith alone, Scripture alone—not as a once-a-year “holiday,” but as a living promise that all people are loved and freed by God to serve their neighbors in justice, mercy and courage. Reformation Potluck

After worship on October 25 we'll celebrate Reformation Sunday with a German Food Potluck. Wear red and bring your favorite German foods. The Fellowship Committee will provide the (Root) Beer!
