Growing up in the Pacific NW and then moving to the temperate rainforest of Juneau, I am used to RAIN and water being plentiful. When Bob and I traveled to Africa, there was a massive drought throughout many of the regions. Water was a huge issue. On one of our tours, our mini bus would stop and fill up water jugs to bring to villages along the way. Children and villagers would come running to help carry that precious commodity. Over the years, I have seen and attended programs about water issues throughout the world, but seeing it firsthand really showed me how really wonderful RAIN is.  

Job 5:10:  He provides rain for the earth; he sends water on the countryside.
