Pastor Larry loved children and loved preparing their hearts to reflect upon the coming birth of Jesus at Christmas, during the Season of Advent. One of his special ways of preparing them was through his children’s sermons, which were meaningful to children of all ages!

An artist from Prince of Peace in Westland, Michigan painted this ornament of children gathered around Pastor Larry during one of his children’s sermon in 1979.

When I saw this picture I thought, that looks like Pastor Larry. Then I backed out of it, and went back in to see who it was from. Sure enough, it is from Laura. Very nice. Who painted it?
