Matthew 1: Her husband Joseph, being a righteous man and unwilling to expose her to public disgrace, planned to dismiss her quietly. But just when he had resolved to do this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said,"Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for the child conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.
She will bear a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.”

Anxious, betrayed, scared, nervous and hardwork were words our family discussed Joseph felt when the angel visited him. When we feel these emotions and trust in God we feel happy, faith, trust and thankful. We talked about times we have felt scared and nervous and our kids came up with times they have recently felt this way. They felt putting their faith in God allowed them to work through those emotions and they preserved with God at their side. Below are some before and after photos to show at any age we feel much like Joesph and with God by our side we can get through.
